OVs Standing for Committee Positions 2013/2014

Today the AGM is being held to confirm those standing for positions on the OVA committee.
There are members standing for all positions other than Events Officer, and so this position will be organised collectively by the other members of the committee.
Those standing for positions are:

All nominations were received in time and each nominee was proposed by two OVs as the constitution of the association requires.
The Events role will be managed collectively by the committee unless a member is co-opted to the committee at a future date, in which case, members will be notified.
There has been no requirement this year for an online voting event for members as no position attracted more than one nominee.
The above OVs will be elected to their posts today unless any members at the AGM oppose it, propose it and can rally a majority of the members present to vote against their appointment.
The nomination forms submitted by the members named above will be published on this website in the next few days.
